Leo joined P1 as a Trainee Supervisor in late May 2022 based in our offices at 2 Links Gardens Lane.

Leo is continuing to learn estimating with his mentor Dean Howard as well as site works including the H&S management of sites with a view to having a good overall knowledge of the entire business prior to deciding where his preferred specialty lies.

Leo now has attained RoSPA Operational Playground Inspection, has completed his full apprenticeship & is about to begin SVQ Level 4 Construction Management. He also holds Emergency First Aid at Work, SMSTS, NRSWA Streetworks, is a qualified Fire Marshall as well as having his Gold CSCS card.
