Minnie joined P1 as a Trainee Supervisor in early February 2022 based in our Head Office in Edinburgh. She has progressed to Contracts Manager / Site Supervisor now working with the estimators creating quotations, running her own projects & assisting her mentor, Operations Manager Sam Caldwell, with day-to-day office & site activities.

Minnie now has attained RoSPA Operational Playground Inspection, SVQ Level 4 Construction Management, Emergency First Aid at Work, SMSTS, NRSWA Streetworks, is a qualified Fire Marshall as well as having her black Managers CSCS card.

She has strong hands-on experience supervising play area and landscaping projects, handling daily site activities and inspections.
