Steve started with P1 as a trainee foreman in 1992. He became Contracts Manager in 1996 and has served as Managing Director of P1 Solutions Ltd & associated companies since 2018 working from our Head offices in Edinburgh.

Steve reports directly to our CEO, John Gillan, assisting with the financial & accounting management of all of the P1 companies as well as having overall responsibility for the P1 staff along with the day-to-day running of the Edinburgh offices & main contracts & frameworks.

Steve also deals with many of our private customers, from overseeing our Trusted Traders projects through to working directly with our select High Net Worth clients helping them to develop their estates and policies throughout the UK.
