Dean is part of the team responsible for collation and pricing of tenders as well as procurement of materials prior to the commencement of new projects. He also engages in consultation with clients, both private and commercial, to ascertain their requirements and specifications and ensure they receive a high quality of service to ultimately deliver their projects on time and within budget.

Dean also serves as P1 SHEQ manager and oversees the safety, health, environment, and quality assurance sides of the business. He supervises & maintains work systems to ensure that the operation of the company meet the highest quality standards and that the working conditions of the company are favourable and safe. Dean is the lead in the team who maintains both of our ISO Quality & Management Standards.
