Sam started his construction life as a site labourer before working his way to managing and running projects with Balfour Beatty, Hart Builders & Bam Construction.

Now with almost 40 years’ experience in the construction industry he has a keen eye for detail and is adept at delivering projects to the client’s requirements & needs.

After joining P1 in August 2015 as a Contract Supervisor Sam has been involved with a huge range of projects overseeing their daily running & procurement of plant & materials.

Sam is now our Operations Manager with an overview of all projects within the Edinburgh & Lothians areas reporting directly to our MD.

Sam has also sat and passed his SVQ3, holds his 5-day SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisors & CSCS Supervisors Cards.
