Paul Joined the Company in 2017, leaving his role working with a large construction firm as a junior manager involved in large scale development projects.

Since joining P1, we have supported Paul through university where he achieved a bachelor’s degree with honours in construction project management and quantity Surveying. This has furthered his knowledge and ability to work on all types of projects regardless of the size or complexity.

Paul has worked his way up to Project Management Level. He is tasked with overseeing all aspects of a project from tender and procurement stage right through to contract award, as well as Planning, programming and overseeing projects of varying size and complexities. He thrives on seeing a project completed to a high standard and working with clients to achieve this.

Using his knowledge and experience he is known to work in a proactive manner to ensure projects are completed to P1’s High standards within agreed timescales and budget constraints. He has experience managing all different forms of contract and can engage clients and designers to build good working relationships.
