His current role consists of collaborating with colleagues to aid with the estimating and tendering process along with assisting in the day-to-day management of live construction projects.

In this role he will be receiving direct training and experience working on several types of construction projects. This training in conjunction with his studies at university will allow Lewis to progress and manage projects under the overview of his mentors.

He is keen to learn and in his brief period with the company has shown a desire to work to the exacting standards P1 sets themselves for all projects. He has shown an aptitude for consulting with suppliers and clients in a bid to gather information and progress the projects on which he is working.

P1 have enabled Lewis’ enrolment in the BSC (Hons) Construction and project management degree with Heriot Watt university and will continue to support and aid his development on the route to gaining his degree and becoming a vital part in the future of the company.
